HIP Products

The cost of a standard Home Information Pack for a freehold property will amount to approximately £300 plus VAT.

To ensure that we can offer our Clients and Introducers full flexibility, we have prepared a series of HIPS products. The list below is not an exhaustive list and can be tailored to the client's requirements.

1. Payment Up Front

Clients can pay for the production of the Home Information Pack in full at the same time as the property is placed on the market. A fixed HIP fee will be payable in this respect.

2. Deferred Payments

Clients may utilise the benefits of our deferred payment scheme whereupon payment for the HIP is suspended for a period of up to 90 days or until the property is sold, whichever is the earlier.

3. No Sale No Fee

Our clients may take advantage of the vast experience of our panel lawyers, who operate on a no move no fee basis. In the event that a property is not successfully sold or is later removed from the market the client will only be required to pay disbursement costs, which include the cost of searches and the Energy Efficiency Report. All legal costs will be waived.
